Young golfer honoured after competition win

Canterbury MP Sophie Cotsis with golfing champion Enzo Moon and his dad Hee.

STATE MP for Canterbury, Sophie Cotsis presented an award to Campsie Public School student and champion golfer Enzo Moon.

The award recognises Enzo’s achievements representing NSW and winning the 2018 School Sport Australia under 11s Golf Championship.
Enzo’s development as a champion golfer has been guided by his father, Hee, “who said: “I am very proud of my son and thank Sophie Cotsis for presenting the award to him”.
Since the beginning of the year, Enzo has won several golf competitions including the Macarthur Junior Masters, the Peter O’Malley Junior Masters and the Wagga Wagga Junior Masters.
“I am pleased to have been able to present Enzo with a certificate recognising his outstanding achievements at such a young age,” Ms Cotsis said.
“Enzo has a great future ahead of him. I wish him all the best and hope to see him playing for Australia in the future.”
