Each individual will then work with an expert coach, in individual coaching sessions, who will help them with their objectives and the design of a new, dignified and hopeful life.
Highly motivational, the program reinforces self esteem, recognises individual value and values, boosts confidence, eliminates fears, and breaks limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns.
Participants also receive morning tea, lunch and a make-up kit.
Facilitator Pilar says the program can assist women going through any kind of violence, abuse or intimidation, including bullying in the workplace.
“The program was established in Europe seven years ago and House to Grow has been offering it annually for the last four years,” she said.
“We are finding more demand for this kind of support since the onset of Covid and I would recommend it to any woman who seeks a better life.”
With numbers limited, participants need to book by Tuesday, August 31, and they will then be advised of the date, time and venue.
Register by emailing info@housetogrow.org or call Pilar on 0414 086 981.
Women learn many secrets to self esteem
A FREE empowerment program for women in vulnerable environments and those overcoming domestic violence, will be held in September to help those struggling due to the impacts of Covid.
Hosted by charity House to Grow, with facilitator Pilar Lopez, ‘Flight of the Butterflies’ covers a holistic perspective that encompasses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects required for a woman’s recovery and assists them therapeutically with present challenges.
An intensive journey, the program comprises four workshops that focus on awareness and motivation.
