Six people have now been charged as part of an ongoing investigation into an alleged drug supply syndicate operating across Sydney.
Last Wednesday (December 9), Bankstown Police with assistance from the Tactical Operations Unit, executed a search warrant on Hector Street, Bass Hill, where they allegedly seized two pistols, ammunition, two stolen number plates, methylamphetamine, 5kg powder suspected to be MDMA, cannabis, cocaine, almost $3000 cash and 1kg of a precursor chemical.
They also allegedly seized equipment used in the manufacture of drugs.
Two days later, a 28-year-old Bass Hill woman attended Fairfield Police Station and she was arrested and charged.
Charges include possess unauthorised (pistol) (two counts), possess unregistered firearm (pistol) (two counts), not keep firearm safely (pistol) (two counts), possess ammunition without holding licence/permit/authority (three counts), possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit (three counts), supply prohibited drug (greater than indictable/less than commercial quantity), possess prohibited drug (three counts), possess precursor intend to use in manufacture/production, and goods suspected stolen in/on premises.

A WOMAN faces 18 charges after drugs and firearms were allegedly seized during a police investigation into drug manufacture and supply in the Bankstown area.
