Taking part again this year, chefs at Bankstown Sports Club’s Greenfield Station Bistro and La Piazza along with The Acres Kitchen, have been cooking up a storm preparing their ultimate, to-die-for dishes and grab the Perfect Plate crown.
Head Chef at Greenfield Station Bistro, Daniel has over 15 years’ experience in renowned restaurants, hotels and clubs with a passion for Australian and Asian cuisine.
Be sure to try his ‘Land and Sea’ (Crispy Pork Belly, Grilled Lobster Tail, Corn Salsa, Broccolini Lollipop, Red Coral Tuile and Lobster Sauce).
Head Chef at La Piazza, Brett cannot wait for you to try his dish comprising ‘Risotto of Scampi and Tomato’ (Scampi with Bisque Risotto, Confit Tomatoes and Rocket).
Head Chef at The Acres Kitchen, Abdullah is proud of his ‘Surf and Turf’ (Marinated Chargrilled Chicken Breast, Barbecue Prawns with Roasted Chat Potato, Broccolini and Creamy Garlic Sauce).
“We are so proud of our chefs who have entered this year’s competition but be sure to show your support, they need you to win,” a club spokesperson said.
Once you order your dish, scan the QR code at the table or counter and vote or obtain a paper voting form from the staff.
Voting closes on July 9, with winners announced on August 1.
