WITH waltzing, wine, cheese and conversation the ticket of the evening, Opal Aged Care in Eldridge Road Bankstown, has staged its first ‘lifestyle event’ to mark its one-year anniversary since opening. About 80 residents, their families and students from co-host Condell Park Christian School, enjoyed the talented string quartet and fine food offerings, according to Opal Lifestyle Co ordinator Peter Pargovski. “We had a fantastic turnout and such a great evening, the first of many planned events for during the year,” Mr Pargovski said.
