Waive fees for outdoor dining

OUTDOOR dining fees will again be scrapped to help small businesses still doing it tough and recovering from the hit they took during the Covid pandemic.

“And to add to their woes, the very clear message from the Reserve Bank is the economy is in for a rough ride,” Mayor Khal Asfour said.
The Mayor first scrapped the fees in 2020 and again, with the unanimous support of councillors, will waive fees for 2022/23, to attract more people and open up to more alfresco dining.
Mayor Asfour (pictured) helped spread the good news with a visit to The Plaza Café in Bankstown.
