Owner Adam Kennedy says there is also an onsite childcare creche, massage therapist and physiotherapist.
“We’ve got a 600sqm free weights area, large cardio mezzanine level and a million dollars worth of custom made equipment,” he said.
“Our large TV screens feature Youtube, Netflix and more because we want to make your visit as pleasant as possible while you work towards your fitness goals.”
Along with an onsite cafe selling healthy snacks, meals, drinks and protein shakes, there is also a supplements shop.
Classes include trampoline, body pump, step, pilates, balance, Les Mills Grit, a school holiday program and more.
“My business partner is a school teacher and we both are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals,” said Adam who is a pharmacist by trade.
“It’s a dream come true to see how well World Gym has been received here as we keep going from strength to strength.”
