Coach Renee who shares training duties with Paige Idley and manager Bree McGraw, says the fact the girls have been playing together for five years may have given them the edge.
“They play together so well and there is definitely a strong team bond,” she said.
“But this isn’t their first grand final win, they also won when playing in the 11As division.
“Most of the girls will move into playing summer netball now that’s held outside of the area but we’re all looking forward to the start of next year’s season in April.”
