UBX Training Lidcombe

UBX Training Lidcombe has changed the way people train and last Saturday held an Open Day to show more people how they can help them achieve and stay at their peak. Its unique boxing and strength training is non-contact, and focuses on a mixture of bagwork, padwork and strength training across a 12-round workout. Workouts cater for people of all fitness levels.
The gym’s Daniel Vuong said it was a great turnout from members, their friends and family, along with people who were keen to try a UBX workout for the first time.
