Two charged over stabbing in centre

TWO men have been charged over after an alleged stabbing at a shopping centre in Merrylands last October.

A 35-year-old man was sitting in the food court area of the centre on Friday, October 27, about 2.40pm, when he was allegedly stabbed.
Two months later, following extensive inquiries and a public appeal, a 19-year-old man was charged with being an accessory after the fact, to wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, conceal serious indictable offence and driver not disclose identity of driver/passenger.
Last Tuesday, a 22-year-old man was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
