Two Blues sail into ‘top eight’

WESTERN Sydney Two Blues have gone down 22-26 against Manly in the Shute Shield, while second grade won 34-31 and the women’s side lost 5-34

Two Blues did, however, secure another bonus point and although a loss, they climbed the ladder into the top eight.
“The competition is very close, with only a few points separating the teams at the top, so all our bonus points are invaluable,” Two Blues Rugby Operations Manager Randy Basra said.
“The next two games are huge for us, we’re treating them as if they are our finals.
“We play Easts and Warringah, both very strong, however we are ahead of both in the standings.
“It was great to have Wallaby Tolu Latu and Fijian International Nemani Nandola play for us, with Nemani scoring two tries.”
