Try latest Fajita on pizza instead of classic tortilla

DESCRIBED as ‘to die for’, Suhhtan Bakery’s peri peri chicken pizza is so good that diners start ordering it as soon as the doors open at 5.30am, according to owner Mohamed Sakr.

With all menu items ‘halal’, other popular breakfast choices include the egg wraps which come with Turkish sausage, chicken, beef, special haloumi, labneh and a range of veggies.
For lunch, dinner, snack or late night supper – since Suhhtan is now open until 1am daily – diners love the delicious wraps, scrumptious manoush, freshly made hot chips with peri peri or makka sauce and huge range of pizzas, including vegetarian, seafood, Thai chicken, garlic prawns, pepperoni, BBQ beef or chicken, Hawaiian, Margarita and Sarah’s special pizza with Napolitana sauce, onion, capsicum, mushrooms, sujuk (Turkish sausage), jalapenos, olives, cheese and Suhhtan special sauce.
Mohamed says the Nutella pizza is always popular but he is urging customers to try his latest pizza offering, the Fajita, which comes with three types of capsicum, chicken, corn, onion and cheese on the famously thin pizza base drizzled in secret Suhhtan hot sauce and creamy avocado.
“This is the first time a Fajita dish, which is usually served on a tortilla, comes to you as a pizza,” he said.
Established 20 years ago and also offering catering, Mohamed says he puts his success down to the fact everything is made from scratch and with love.
“Our ingredients are premium and hand-picked,” he said.
“If you want to get your day off to a great start, come in before 10am, buy a coffee and you will receive a free oregano pizza; there is a limit to one of these pizzas per customer a day.
“We also have some amazing chocolate pastries and doughnuts plus more for sweet lovers.”
Home delivery orders are available through Uber Eats, Menulog or Doordash.
