Toy donation urged to help local child with disabilities

YOU can help a child with disabilities have a more magical Christmas by donating a present to the Trilogy Foundation 2021 Gift Appeal.

With nearly 500 children attending four special schools and other services, the need to provide extra support after such a tough year is great.
Trilogy committee member Maureen Agathocleous said when they were approached by Entertainment Park who were setting a large Christmas tree and hunting for a cause, they jumped at the opportunity.
“We need a variety of gifts that can be used by children with differing abilities; you can contact us to collect the gifts or leave them under the tree at Entertainment Park, 361 Milperra Road, before Monday, December 20, as we hope to distribute them to families on Wednesday, December 22, at 10am,” she said.
Some gift suggestions include: Bluetooth headphones, portable Bluetooth speaker, musical light-up toys, child-sized musical instruments, physical activity toys like bouncy balls, ring bags, colouring books, bubble wands, card games like Snap, Memory or Go Fish craft packs, wooden puzzles, stacking sets, play doh or putty, fidget toys, wearable head lamps, temporary tattoos, backyard toys, activity sets or more.
