Police will allege that a 45-year-old man became involved in an argument with a group of men near the Sydney Opera House on Monday, October 9, about 7.30pm, before he was assaulted and spat on.
Police intervened and the group dispersed and left the area.
However, after police appealed to the public for help to locate group, two men aged 31 attended Mosman Police Station and were charged with common assault.
The third man, a 19-year-old, was arrested in Roselands this morning and charged with two counts of common assault.
