Teens get ‘fit for life’ at breakfast

HELPING older age students kickstart their day, the free Fit For Life program is underway for another term at PCYC Auburn.

Held during the school term from 6.45am each Wednesday, youth case worker and senior constable Gabriella Di Marino says the weekly hour-long exercise and breakfast program is a great way to keep fit and meet new people.
“A different activity is conducted each week and you can even challenge the police involved,” she said.
“The program is available for any high school aged student within the area and a complimentary PCYC club membership is provided to every participant who registers.”
