Emergency services were called to Auburn Railway Station, just after 12.15am on Thursday, December 14, after a 22-year-old man, who had an argument with two people on a train, was allegedly assaulted before he got off at the station.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital in a stable condition.
The boys, aged 14 and 17, were charged with aggravated robbery with wounding/grievously bodily harm.
