Taste of Latin America culture

GIVING the community a taste of the best Latin American live music, food, dance, arts and crafts that Sydney has to offer, the Inner West Fiesta (pictured) will return for its third edition on Sunday, January 19, with stall holders and performers now being sought.

Taking place at the Sydney Portugal Community Club in Marrickville, Inner West Fiesta will be a chance for festival goers to celebrate the vibrant Latin American culture.
Enjoying the variety of authentic flavours of Central and South America, festival goers will be spoilt for choice with options including Brazilian barbecue, Argentinean empanadas, Spanish paella and Venezuelan arepas; you’ll also find artisan gelato, specialist cakes and more.
Bring a picnic rug to enjoy the grassy grounds and for little ones, face painting, jumping castle, playground arts, crafts, games and dance classes will be a thrill.
The festival will also showcase iconic Latin bands and dancers – think world champions and renowned Salsa, Samba, Bachata, Tango and Flamenco dancers!
To complete the cultural experience, festival goers will have the chance to showcase their own moves in dance classes hosted by incredibly talented instructors.
Organised by Latin Dance Australia, Inner West Fiesta performers and vendors can apply online via innerwestfiesta.com.au until the end of 2019.
