‘Connected’ was founded by Peter Schulz and Craig Middlemiss, who managed a similar offering, the Lifestyle program, for the Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) since 2008.
A broader organisational review by the NSW government agency, saw the end of the Lifestyle program which had served more than 31,000 locals over 15 years.
Peter said the community response to the closure of Lifestyle was overwhelming.
“We felt compelled to create a new membership offering that would continue to connect locals with everything Sydney Olympic Park has to offer, whether it be free tickets to major events, everyday savings at cafes, restaurants and leisure facilities, or social and wellbeing activities,” he said.
Offers already include four tickets to two Sydney Kings games (valued from $160) and free entry into the Cake, Bake and Sweets Show on September 22, with many more tickets and discounts available.
Membership costs $88 through to June 30, 2024; join or find out more at iamconnected.com.au.
