They were among the 194 new police officers sworn in at the first full graduation ceremony since the beginning of the pandemic.
While crowd numbers are still limited due to Covid-19 restrictions, family members watched on as 139 men and 55 women from Class 345 were attested in Goulburn in a ceremony that once again featured performances by the Police Band, Pipe Band, Mounted Unit and VIP cycles.
Joining Police Minister David Elliott to welcome the new recruits, Commissioner Mick Fuller said the entire group of new graduates was keen to commence duties.
Each of the probationers will undergo a further year of training mentored by experienced officers and then spend at least two more years in general duties, before being able to branch out to other sections of the force.
