“They are just two of the typical Waratah mums we are celebrating and we hope they all enjoyed their day,” Club President Noel Dona said.
Over at Holy Family Primary School at Granville East, they treated mothers and grandmothers (pictured) to a barbecue breakfast with their children.
“After breakfast, we had Fr Andrew from the Holy Family Catholic Parish, lead us in mass where we were able to bestow a blessing on all attendees for Mother’s Day,” Assistant Principal Louise Kingsley said.
Soccer club, school’s treat on Mothers Day
GRANVILLE Waratah Soccer Football Club players celebrated all the special women in their lives over the Mother’s Day weekend including canteen manager Tracey and her son Patrick (pictured), together with the club’s second canteen manager Jocelyn and her daughter Alice, with both children playing in the Under 8 Koalas.
