Silent art auction on at Dooleys to assist NSW Police Legacy

ART lovers are invited to check out the showcase of inspiring paintings and calligraphy works in the ‘Trust&Love’ exhibition on until this Sunday, April 2, at Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club.

If any of the works catch your eye, you can also participate in a silent auction (with QR code details attached to each work along with the artist’s description) to help raise funds for NSW Police Legacy which provides care and ongoing support to the families of police officers who have suffered a loss.
Police Area Commander Superintendent Danielle Emerton said they were grateful for the generosity of the local community’s artists who approached them with the idea of donating their art to Police Legacy’s fundraising campaign.
“We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have contributed to this initiative,” she said.
“On behalf of all police families in need, we extend our sincere thanks to the community for your support.”
Dooleys has also thanked Auburn Police Area Command’s Multicultural Community Liaison Officer, Moon Luo, who organised the initiative.
