The motorcycle collided with two parked cars along Good Street, Granville, about 6pm, with the 23-year-old male rider treated at the scene before being taken to hospital in a critical condition where he later died.
An investigation is underway with a report to be prepared for the coroner.
Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to contact Granville Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
