The club had an impressive turnout of players, parents, committee members and life club members all coming down to join in the fun.
Making the night extra special, they even received a visit from two Western Sydney Wanderers players, Nathanial Blair and Anthony Pantazopoulos, who conducted a meet and greet and even played some mini games with the juniors, signed shirts and took photos with players.
“We take pride at the Saints that we are a family-friendly oriented club who look after our members like family and build lifelong friendships through each person’s love of the sport,” Club Secretary Charmaine Eyers said.
“We are expecting to have a very exciting and strong season ahead for all our teams from our Under 6s Miniroos teams to our youth teams, women’s teams, all age men’s teams and even our over 45s teams.
“We had a wonderful increase in registrations this year, especially with our girls and female recruitment which has been so nice to see thanks to the impact of the Women’s World Cup last year.”
There is still time to register and play at Regents Park Saints in 2024.
“The club would love to have you join, be part of a great club, stay fit and make some friends in the process,” Eyers said.
