Roosters star leads health, fitness clinic

HEALTH, fitness and well-being will be the focus of a new holiday activity kicking off in Lidcombe next month.

Led by former NRL Roosters Star Anthony ‘Mini’ Minichiello (pictured), the MiniFit Clinic will be held at Wyatt Park on Thursday, October 6, and provide fun-filled activities for boys and girls aged 5-12.
The free clinics, sponsored by Dooleys, encourage health, fitness and fun, and give children a chance to build both physical skills and lasting friendships.
A spokesperson said being active has many benefits for children and sets them up for healthy habits for the rest of their lives.
Clinics will be held at 10am-12pm for 5-8-year-olds and 1-3pm for 9-12-year-olds 1-3pm.
Retiring in 2014, Minichiello is still the Sydney Roosters’ leading try scorer.
