Headlined by Russell Parkhouse with his Allstar Band, the free show on December 13 had an “outdoor concert feel”, according to bowling member Greg Bond, who added that it was a fun afternoon even with the various Covid-safe protocols in place.
“It felt great to get up and dance,” he said.
“And a warm beef, onion and gravy roll hit the spot.”
Barring any further tightening of restrictions, the club’s next free live music event is set to feature the Rock Chronicles from 3-7pm on Sunday, February 7.
