Must still wear mask on all public transport

NSW recorded its last community transmission of the virus 14 days ago and the State Government eased a number of restrictions on Friday including increasing the cap on weddings and funerals to 300 people.
However all guests must stay seated, with no singing or dancing except for the 20 nominated people in the wedding party, and venues remain subject to the one person per 4sqm rule.
Singing and dancing also remains off limits at other hospitality venues, places of worship and corporate event venues, although those with the floor space are also subject to one person per 4sqm.

“It’s a good start to the year and something that is definitely welcomed by the club’s board and management,” she said.
“Having that confidence in the community is welcomed.”

“We must remain vigilant – it is critical we are getting tested with the mildest of symptoms, follow the health advice and continue to be Covid-safe right across the State,” she said.
