“At $45 a term, the exercise classes are very reasonable and not over-crowded,” the 64-year-old says.
“You get to know other people taking part and it’s always nice to have a bit of a chat and catch up afterwards.
“It also boosts you mood because you know you are doing something very beneficial to your health.”
With the bus trips either free or $20 to cover the cost of lunch, Anna says they are ideal if looking for a relaxing day out.
“Someone else is doing the driving so you can just sit back and enjoy the sights,” she said.
“I know some people who really treasure these trips which have become their favourite outing option.”
