The 24-year-old was allegedly shot in May in Elizabeth Hills and despite the efforts of police and paramedics, died at the scene.
A short time later, emergency services were called to Cave Close in Green Valley and Lewis Street in Bonnyrigg Heights, following reports of two car fires, which were allegedly linked to the shooting.
The raids followed the earlier arrest of a 22-year-old man at Roselands, who was charged with murder, two counts of take and drive conveyance without consent of owner, possess unauthorised pistol, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
Investigations are continuing.
