Quinton’s Creations wow at fair

WITH a repertoire of metal scorpions, dragons and robots, to cute ’space age’ dogs, furry cows, skull lamps, spectacular glass domes and more, Quinton’s Creations founder Quinton describes himself as an upcycled artist.

He is planning to bring a host of new unique curiosities for sale to this month’s Revesby Craft Fair and along with his stunning offerings, is happy to take orders to create that rare gift for someone who has it all.
Also creating garden sculptures, quirky wall hangings, wood-burnt and digital art as well as his popular range of dragon flies and crabs, Quinton grabs any ‘used’ materials he can and also welcomes donations of any old tools, knives, metal gears, cogs, steel forks, spoons and more.
“All of my creations are one-of-a-kind and people keep them inside or outside as these usually develop a nice patina after about six months,” he said.
“One customer fell in love with my barbed-wire heart and says she now has it as a statement piece in her lounge room.
“I go to a few markets but I love coming to Revesby; it’s always such a great crowd of people and I hope to pick up a few more clients when I’m next there.”
Held on the last Saturday of the month, with the next on July 27, 8am-1.30pm at Abel Reserve, the Revesby Craft Fair also offers award-winning preserves and honeys, crystals, hand-crafted jewellery, salt lamps, babies accessories, tie dyed clothes, hair accessories, hand made toys and games, knick knacks, mystery treats, loads of indoor, outdoor plants, household items and much much more.
