Punch above weight in ‘pub grub’ league

THE Three Swallows Hotel Bankstown’s Bistro76 punches well above its weight in the ‘pub grub’ category.

Lead by talented culinary mind Head Chef Michael Astengo, Bistro76 boasts a menu packed with an eclectic mix of pub classics, indulgent fusion items and gourmet Modern Australian cuisine.

Their open plan bistro and enclosed modern alfresco dining area lend themselves to families and large group bookings.

Unique to the hotel, Three Swallows also hosts a weekly Sunday brunch, where patrons can choose between a delicious $5 Big Brekky or indulgent $12 Kings Breakfast.

Their scrumptious breakfast and their more creative items, such as speciality fusion pizzas, have created quite the buzz on their social media page @threeswallowshotel. Equally as impressive as the bistro offering, the beverage selection includes $7 weekend cocktail happy hour marvels which are particularly popular.

As well as producing Instagrammable dishes and cocktails, the Three Swallows Hotel is committed to providing value to their clientele without any compromise on quality or taste, with a range of weekly specials that can be viewed on their website.

Head Chef Mr Astengo is committed to keeping creativity alive in the kitchen, and he is working on more photo worthy fusion items as well as an entirely new menu that is due to launch soon.
