Conveniently located on Forest Road, The Peakhurst was acquired by JDA Hotels in 2017 with a view to create a larger venue for everyone to enjoy.
The Peakhurst includes large indoor and outdoor dining spaces as well as a stylish function room.
It also offers a children’s play room featuring toys and activities, with climbing equipment and a basketball hoop coming in 2020.
For sports fans it boasts a three-level amphitheatre style courtyard with an enormous 5m x 3m TV for your ultimate viewing pleasure.
Hotel licensee Jay Smith said The Peakhurst was all about bringing family and friends together to enjoy a meal.
“So, the menu contains everyone’s favourite pub classics but also offer numerous small plates to mix and match among the table and a large group booking share menu with a Greek inspiration,” he said.
“But we aren’t finished yet. The front of the venue will begin a renovation of the bottle shop, sports bar and accommodation facilities, as well as an exterior facelift that will be visible from Forest Road, all due to be finished by March 2020.”
