Popular Footprints Ecofestival set to return as online session

AFTER being celebrated for 10 years at the council’s Whites Creek Valley Park, Footprints Ecofestival has now become Footprints Online and will be celebrated on Saturday, August 29, from 11am.

Featuring panel discussions, webinars and videos on sustainability issues relevant to Inner West residents, it will include a Climate Change podcast, ‘How to Talk about Climate Change in a Way That Makes a Difference’, a Cornersmith cooking demonstration led by co-authors of Use it All and a Sustainable food systems podcast with the Green Living Centre.
There will also be a ‘Sharing in the Local Inner West Economy’ podcast with Inner West Tool Library and Sharewaste, a kids art workshop with Artspark, and a live Q & A with ABC Gardening Australia’s Costa Georgiadis and other guest speakers including Who’s Minding the Farm author Patrice Newell and Farm it Forward author Manu Prigioni.
