About 9.30am, police attempted to stop a Ford Falcon on Napolean Avenue for the purpose of a Firearms Prohibition Order search, when it allegedly failed to stop, and a pursuit was initiated. The driver stopped on nearby Chaseling Street and allegedly ran from the car into neighbouring yards.
The 46-year-old Yagoona man was charged with exceed speed, not stop when directed to do so, enter inclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse and assault.

A MAN who allegedly ran from police was found in the backyard shed of a home on Lascelles Street, Greenacre, last Sunday morning.
