Poet on way to offer rare wisdom on menopause envy, necromancy

POET Christopher Michaels will light up the next WestWords Open Mic hosted by Auburn Poets & Writers (APW) this Monday, June 24, 7-9pm.

The author of ‘Transformations’ and ‘Collisions’, he provides testaments from the coal-face of necromancy, hypnotism and the profane.
What other guy could write a poem about ‘menopause envy’?
Christopher signals the Open Mic returning to regular programming after the launch of Auburn Poets & Writers’ anthology ‘Chameleon’ at the last meeting.
Group convenor Danny Gardner said the event was so successful, they sold out of all the copies on offer.
“More poems will be read from ‘Chameleon’ on June 24 and there will also be the rib-tickling ‘Truth or Lie’ feature in the event’s Open Section,” he said.
With all welcome, entry to WestWords, 41 Hunter Street, Parramatta, is free.
