A longtime reader, Phillip filled out an entry at localnewsplus.com.au, with his lucky streak sparked after previously winning Torch basketball passes.
Dropping in to collect his hamper from Torch General Manager Trent Engisch, Phillip said he, wife Susie and children Joshua and Amanda, were over the moon with the win.
“It was a wonderful surprise and will certainly make our Christmas,” he said.
