Cumberland residents can sample one of the classes on offer as part of the Lifelong Learning Program which includes gentle exercise, Zumba gold and line dancing.
With up to 30 people a class, participants who complete a free class can also register for the full term of classes for $40.50 (for 10 one-hour classes) or $60.50 (for 10 two-hour classes).
Residents aged 55 and over can choose from nine weekly classes offered at locations including Granville, Regents Park, Merrylands, Berala, Pemulwuy, Wentworthville and Greystanes.

HELPING to celebrate ageing and the benefits of staying healthy during Active Ageing Week, Cumberland Council is offering residents aged over 55 a free exercise class.
