OAM winner and Greenacre’s Franklin ‘Frank’ Davies, 85, a volunteer for over 54 years, was treated to a morning tea by Bankstown MP Jihad Dib who presented him with a Community Recognition Statement. Accompanied by wife Beryl, sons Matthew and Andrew, daughter Michelle and grandson Harrison, Mr Davies was thrilled with the gesture. “We’re very happy for Dad,” Michelle said. “He’s worked so hard and deserves this recognition.”
