AFTER creating a second premises next door called El Beik, I Love Manoush owner Tarek Hoblos has really hit a purple patch with the demand for his traditional Lebanese dishes booming.

Can’t go past pizza, coffee deal for just $6

With him charging just $6 for an oregano pizza and coffee, and $15 for a burger, chips and drinks combo, it’s not hard to see why.
He says plenty of customers have also told him that, along with his camel burgers, he has the best falafel in Sydney.
“It’s always fresh and just beautiful,” he said.
Providing an open kitchen with ringside seats, El Beik offers more outdoor seating and an attractive dining room comprising large tables seating 10 for family, friends or corporate gatherings.
The eateries both feature mouthwatering Lebanese street food along with the traditional shawarma as well as kebabs plus extremely rare to find dishes like kafta, wagyu or falafel burgers.
Depending on your craving, you can even indulge in a chicken liver, kafta, lamb or raw meat sandwich.
The plates are filling and delicious with the mezza range including hummus, baba ganoush, kibbeh nayeh, labneh, shanklish, potato coriander, moghrabieh and meat or cheese sambousek.
Tarek says that while they really do love their manoush, the menu also features freshly made gourmet pizza, pides, oregano rolls and desserts.
The kitchen team even cook up their own foul (ful), a traditional Arabic breakfast dish made with fava beans but which tastes good at any time.
“We make ‘clay plate’ dishes too cooked on a clay plate in the oven in a very traditional way, and no-one else is doing that,” he said.
Experienced in catering, Tarek is happy to discuss the options available.
