Netball president full of praise over team effort at NSW titles

BANKSTOWN City Netball Association’s (BCNA) teams have put on a masterclass at the Junior State Titles, coming away with a first, fourth and 10th.

BCNA President Nicole Oram said she could not be prouder of how the teams played and represented Bankstown over the three days.
“Our 12s (pictured) showed talent, skill, determination and the Bankstown spirit throughout the weekend, playing some amazing netball and achieving fourth place in Division 2,” she said.
“Our 14s (pictured) played some very hard games in Division 1 but pushed through and showed us why they were chosen to represent Bankstown.
“They came 10th but first in defence after having had the least amount of goals scored against them.”
BCNA’s 13s were the Division 2 champions after achieving 18 wins out of 19 games.
“This is a very talented team of players and coaching staff,” Oram said.
“We can’t wait to see this group of girls take on the teams in 14s Division 1 next year.”
