Jointly partnered with Georges River Council, the event which will be held at Penshurst Park and is an opportunity to come together and learn more about the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community after two years of lockdown.
There will be cultural performances throughout the day, variety stalls, face painting, a youth chill out zone, a Mums & Bubs tent, Elders Tent, Arts area, volleyball, basketball and much more.
Sponsored by Club Rivers, the Club Rivers Cup – An Oz Tag competition will be ongoing throughout the day.
Those in attendance have the opportunity to register to go into the draw to win a prize: First prize is a coffee pack which includes a Coffee Machine and King Carlos Coffee; second prize is a Black Tahitian Pearl necklace valued at $850 from Zed N Zed Jewellers; and third prize is a $200 voucher from Smile Inn Dentistry.
Everything on the day is free, whether it be a coffee from the coffee stall, sausage on a roll, fruit or any of the activities available on the day.
