The home was among seven, including one at Yagoona, raided by Criminal Groups Squad detectives as part of their investigation into the alleged fatal shooting of Marvin Oraiha.
The 24-year-old was allegedly shot in May in Elizabeth Hills and despite the efforts of police and paramedics died at the scene.
A short time later, emergency services were called to Cave Close in Green Valley and Lewis Street in Bonnyrigg Heights, following reports of two car fires, which were allegedly linked to the shooting.
During the searches, police allegedly located ammunition, an extendable baton, gel-blasters, a taser, cloned registration plates, substances believed to be prohibited drugs, clothing, more than $3000 cash, and mobile phones relevant to their investigation.
The arrest of the 22-year-old followed the release of CCTV of two men they believe could assist with their investigation, as well as CCTV of three vehicles as part of an appeal for public information last month.
He was also charged with two counts of take and drive conveyance without consent of owner, possess unauthorised pistol, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
Investigations are continuing.

A MAN was charged with murder after he was arrested in an early morning police raid at a home in Roselands yesterday.
