Mains comprise: Roasted Gold Ban Snapper with Roast Autumn Vegetables, Celeriac Puree, Crouton and Basil Vinaigrette; Grilled Chicken Supreme with Roast Carrot Puree, Potato, Celery, Pecan, Sultana, Radiccio and Mustard Ranch (gluten-free); and Parmesan Crusted Lamb Rump with Minted Pea Risotto, Red Vain Sorrel and Lemon Vinaigrette.
Desserts include: Banoffee with Dolce Latte Cream, Biscuit Crumb, Banana Brulee and Chocolate Shavings; and Chocolate Mousse with Seasonal Berry Salad, Raspberry Jelly, Chantilly and Sable Biscuit.
