Many also keen to get back to gym, shed ‘covid calories’

MISSING the sweet, sweet rush of serotonin, gym owners and staff are over the moon at the prospect of seeing their clients again from Monday after the three-month lockdown.

Keen to get their health and sanity back as well as shed the ‘covid calories’, F45 Training Lidcombe’s Robert Gibson says they will be advising everyone to take it a bit easier initially as many won’t be able to pick up where they left off at after the big break.
“We’re all in the same boat and warming up and cooling down will be more important than ever,” he said.
“But it’s exciting; we are buzzing.”
Stavreena Koumpridis of Bodyfit Fitness Centre Auburn says all gyms will be ensuring trainers and clients are double vaxxed.
“We have to abide by the regulations and the 20 a class limit is no problem because that is standard with us anyway,” she said.
