Last Tuesday, about 10am, police were called to Macquarie Road, Auburn, where the man, allegedly armed with a hammer, was damaging computer screens in the foyer area.
The 48-year-old man man was restrained by a member of the public before police arrived.
He was charged with being armed with intent, common assault, malicious damage and attempt stalk/intimidate – intend fear or harm.
