The South West Metropolitan Domestic Violence High Risk Offender Team was investigating reports of domestic violence incidents, involving acts directed towards a 42-year-old woman, between Monday, May 22 and Tuesday, May 30, across south west Sydney.
The 32-year-old man was charged with stalk/intimidate – intend to cause fear or physical harm (eight counts), contravene prohibition/restriction in AVO (domestic, six counts), enter enclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse (two counts), enter dwelling with intent, goods in custody and breach of bail.
