Man arrested after ute rolls, hits parked cars

A MAN from Yagoona has been arrested after a ute allegedly crashed into two parked cars and a motorcycle in Sydney’s north yesterday.

Just after 7pm, emergency services were called to Baden Road, Kurraba Point, after a red Toyota Landcruiser which was travelling north on Baden Road allegedly hit a silver Hyundai i30 parked near the intersection of Kurraba Road.
It’s alleged the ute continued and hit a parked white Mini Cooper, causing it to roll onto its side, before hitting a parked black Yamaha motorcycle, and then rolling onto its side.
Two male occupants were able to remove themselves from the ute.
The passenger, a 19-year-old man from Greenacre, fled the scene on foot and was located nearby.
The driver, a 30-year-old man from Yagoona, was arrested. He participated in a roadside breath test that returned a negative result and was taken to hospital for further tests, including treatment for head and shoulder injuries.
