Magpies boost fitness with new training regime

THE Inner West Magpies will be one of the fittest clubs in the Sydney AFL competition after signing up CSP (Complete Strength & Performance).

Inner West Magpies are excited to have CSP looking after their strength and conditioning for the 2020 season, with CSP led by former NRL player Bronson Harrison who has just under 200 games of rugby league for Wests Tigers, Canberra Raiders and St George Illawarra Dragons as well as representing his country of birth, New Zealand, in 12 games.
Dimi Poulos who was a former Australian goalkeeper, is the Magpies’ strength and conditioner coach for 2020 through CSP.
Bronson came down to visit at IWMAFC first training session to let the team he would be looking after the Magpies.
CSP are an inclusive group training specialists who tailor programs and services to beginners, kids, teens, the elderly as well as high performance athletes and social athletes looking to train with a purpose.
Magpies president Nick Miller said: “It was great having Bronson at our first session and Dimi has been a breath of fresh air at the club, helping condition all players for the vigorous demands of AFL.”
