The night of nights for Australian small businesses is back for its 22nd year and – and several locals are in contention to win the national prize in their categories including World Gym Chullora in the Fitness Services category and BareWolf Mens Aesthetic Clinic at Belfield in the Beauty Services category.
World Gym owner Adam Kennedy said he was really excited to hear the business was a finalist.
“We only opened in September and we’ve obviously hit the ground running,” he said.
“This business was three years in the making and it’s so great to receive recognition already.”
BareWolf owner Dully Sayed has been open for two years and was a finalist in the Local Business Awards last year.
“This could be our year; fingers crossed,” he said.
A panel of judges examines all aspects of each finalist business, including strategies, customer service, vision, support of the local community and growth.
Award winners will be announced at the presentation dinner to be held on Saturday, March 21, at The Star, Sydney.
“None of this would be possible without the generous support of our award sponsors: NOVA Employment, Castaway Forecasting and Big Clean,” Mr Loe added.
