Legendary singers to light up stage in rock showcase

THE wait is finally over, ‘One Night in Memphis’ finally brings together three of the world’s most popular performers – Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison and Johnny Cash – this Sunday afternoon at Bankstown Sports.

Showcasing the greatest Rock ’n’ Roll songs of the 50s and 60s, the concert starts at 2pm and features three of Australia’s best tribute artists together with a full, seven-piece, live band bringing to you over two hours of hit after hit.
As ‘Roy Orbison’, Aaron W Mansfield has been internationally acclaimed as one of the best vocal replicas, enjoying standing ovations around the world.
As one concertgoer said: “Close your eyes and you’re listening to Roy Orbison, open your eyes and you’re looking at Roy Orbison.”
Capturing the spirit of the early days, Anthony Fenech performs magically as ‘Elvis Presley’.
Packed with youthful raw energy and charisma, Anthony’s dynamic show will take you back to when Elvis exploded onto the scene and changed the face of popular music forever.
Mark Vassallo has been performing as ‘Johnny Cash’ with his band Cash Only for 15 years.
Over this time, Mark and Cash Only have been one of the most popular shows at the Tamworth Country Festival playing to sellout crowds.
Expect to hear the best hits of all three, including Crying, Only the Lonely, Pretty Woman, Penny Arcade, Hound Dog, Blues Suede Shoes, Shake Rattle and Roll, Teddy Bear, Folsom Prison Blues, Ring of Fire, Jackson and more.
