Lavico whips up way to entertain children

WITH the warmer months finally here, Canterbury League Club’s Lavico Italian Ristorante is sharing some summer lovin’ with heaps of family activities.

Parents and families dining at the restaurant can keep their kids busy and entertained at Lavico’s Make Your Own Pizza Bar, available every Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm.
Canterbury chefs will teach them how to roll their own pizza dough, top their very own pizza with ingredients and then the kids will get to devour their own creation. The activity also includes a scoop of gelato and soft drink, available for children under 12 only.
Lavico Sunday lunch diners will enjoy live music from 12.30-3.30pm from some of Sydney’s best solo entertainers including Oscar Kami, Annie Z and Troy Smith. If music isn’t their thing, the kids can instead enjoy free face painting every Sunday lunch at The Bistro.
In celebration of the completion of the club’s multimillion-dollar renovations, Canterbury has splurged on some new Christmas decorations, including a completely new decoration hanging from the central skylight of the atrium.
Bring all the family and be amazed by the twinkling lights, tinsel, wreaths and trees and take lots of photos on Santa’s chair.
